Microcurrent

An electrical neuromuscular stimulator is a device used to send moderate electrical signals into the body. Such devices apply less than 1 microampere of electrical currents to nerves using electrodes placed on the skin. It is the closest known electrical current that can be delivered on a near identical magnitude, as the electrical current the human body naturally produces on its own. One microampere (uA) is 1 millionth of an ampere and the uses of MENS are distinct from those of “TENS” which runs at one milliamp(mA) or one thousandth of an amp. The treatment is physiologic and safe.

This treatment is 10-100 times less powerful than TENS, associated with no muscle contraction or pain during cosmetic applications. The use for aesthetic treatment will be in termed Facial Sculpting or facial Toning.
