Preparation & Aftercare
- Avoid exfoliants such as retinol, microneedling, chemical or mechanical peeling for 2 weeks
- No neuromodulators, thread lifting, or filler for 1 month prior to or post-treatment
- If prone to herpes simplex, we advise a topical antiviral medication to be used for 1 week prior to treatment, if treating the face
- Avoid active sun exposure for two weeks
- If you have a sunburn at the time of treatment, we will be unable to treat you. Tanned skin is permitted, however, the treatment will cause fading of the tan
- Do not allow water to touch your skin until the Beauty Finish Treatment on day 5
- Avoid excessive sweating (sports and sauna)
- Do not use any make up or powder, instead apply Blemish Balm
- After day 5 Beauty Finish Treatment, do not use or have peels or ablative treatments such as microdermabrasion for the next 4 weeks
- Avoid intense sun exposure
