Dermaplaning is a non-invasive exfoliation treatment designed to remove dead skin cellsand vellus hair (commonly known as “peach fuzz”) from the surface of your skin. Using asterile surgical scalpel, our skilled estheticians gentle scrape the outermost layer of your skin, revealing a fresh, vibrant complexion underneath. - No actives a week before: to maximize the effectiveness of our treatments, we recommend avoiding the use of any active skincare products, such as retinoids, exfoliants, or acids, for at least one week prior to your appointment.
- Clean skin: Remove any makeup, dirt, or excess oils by gently cleansing your face beforehand. This allows us to have a clear canvas to work with and helps achieve the best results.
- No actives a week after: It’s crucial to avoid using any active skincare products for at least one week. Actives can potentially irritate the skin or interfere with thehealing process.
- Makeup after 24 hours: Only wear makeup 24 hours after your treatment. Be gentle while applying and removing makeup to avoid any unnecessary irritation.
